Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a scientifically proven programme that teaches you to deal more mindfully with stress, thoughts and emotions. You develop mindfulness, calmness and resilience through meditation, breathing exercises and gentle movement.

MBSR helps you to deal with stress and everyday stimuli in a different way. Instead of living on autopilot, you create more space to consciously choose how you deal with situations, thoughts and emotions. You gain insight into your own behaviour and well-being. We offer several MBSR courses. You can join the 6-weeks Summer Course, the full 8- weeks MBSR course or a personalised individual program. All courses are available online and at our location in Rotterdam. Startdates and practical info can be found here.
Each course consists of weekly 2 hours sessions. The groups course takes place in a small group with intensive professional coaching and access to exclusive practice materials. During the course, you work with your own experience. It is not about what exactly you are going through, but about how you deal with thoughts, feelings and physical signals. You decide for yourself what you do or don’t discuss.
An individual program offers a more personalised approach and can be taken in English. We then tailor the programme closely to your situation, questions and process, and focus specifically on what is relevant to you at that moment.
